Gennect Cloud offers three price plans for users to choose from depending on their application. A free introductory trial is also available.

- Free: Complimentary plan A free version of the service provides access to basic function. Able to basic capabilities like the monitor and drive functions.
- Basic: Paid plan Enhances the Free plan with more cloud storage space and access to the console function.
- Pro: Paid plan Offers even more cloud storage space, access to Web API, and other capabilities.

Two payment methods are available: regular license purchase and automatic recurring purchase (a subscription) by credit card.

GENNECT ONE is a free PC software for Windows operating systems that lets you log data in real-time, import data and files, configure instrument settings, export native data as a CSV file and create reports with select Hioki measuring instruments.
Remote measurement is also possible by connecting to the GENNECT Cloud.

GENNECT Cross, a free app designed specifically for use with Hioki measuring instruments, lets you check and manage measurement results and create reports.
The software provides a range of functionality that helps manage data in the field, including photographing measurement sites, placing measurement results on photographs, and saving hand written memos.

Measurement data can be directly transferred and input to file forms created by Excel®.
(Available in Ver. 2.10 and later)

Excel® Direct Input function allows you to input measurement values directly and automatically into an Excel® file once the instrument's auto-hold function is activated.
