The SW2001 High Voltage Multiplexer is designed to connect multiple testers for six different tests, allowing safe and seamless switching between high-voltage and 4-terminal low-voltage testing. (It is designed to connect testers for the winding resistance test, inductance test, insulation resistance test, hipot test, surge test, and partial discharge test [ACPD and Surge PD].)

The Waveform Generator Unit MR8790 is a plug-and-play module for Hioki Memory HiCorders that offers high-precision DC voltage output for generating signals that simulate voltage fluctuations at very low levels.

Noise-Resistant PD Testing for Enhanced Motor Quality

• The ST4200 Partial Discharge Detector offers comprehensive partial discharge (PD) detection. It also enables seamless system integration for motor production testing when paired with the SW2001 High Voltage Multiplexer. Furthermore, the ST4200's PD detection uses high-frequency CTs which mitigate noise interference common to production lines. Such noise on production lines make PD detection using a microwave antenna often difficult, and at times, nearly impossible.
