The MHO/DHO5000 series is a high-resolution digital oscilloscope designed for the vast mainstream digital oscilloscope market to meet the design, debugging, and test demands. It is developed based on RIGOL's brand new self-developed Centaurus technical platform. Its 1,000,000 wfms/s waveform capture rate (in fast recording mode), 500 Mpts memory depth, 12-bit resolution, excellent noise floor and vertical measurement accuracy can meet the test demands for higher accuracy. The MHO/DHO5000 series digital oscilloscope has multiple models, supporting AFG, digital signal analysis, Bode plot, and other functions. It is powered by battery pack, convenient to operate and control, applicable for various complex test scenarios.

Fully automated production line testing of small cells for power motors or small packs of up to 60 V

Inspect the quality of completed cells, modules, and packs on production lines. Measure internal resistance (AC-IR) and open-circuit voltage (OCV) to check battery quality. Cells produced at the cell production factory are shipped to the module production factory after undergoing a shipping inspection. Since factors such as vibrations during shipment and even the passage of time can cause defects, batteries undergo an acceptance inspection before being assembled into modules and packs.
Reducing test system development cost and management man-hours

The new BT356xA has dramatically improved tolerances for line resistance compared to previous models. This improvement makes it easy to build test systems with large numbers of channels using relays. Additionally, a longer maintenance cycle for systems in use means fewer maintenance man-hours. Finally, its capability to handle thinner cables than with previous models* makes it easier to route cables.
*AWG 29 (0.064 mm2) wire equivalent to 2.2 Ω over
an 8 m round trip can be used with the 3 mΩ or 30 mΩ range.

• Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) is a type of testing that measures a battery's impedance across a broad frequency range using small AC signals. The technique, which yields detailed insights into characteristics such as a battery’s internal resistance and electrode reactions, aids in the understanding of battery behavior and performance, making it useful in R&D and quality control applications.

The Precision Battery Tester BT6065 and BT6075 are designed for OCV/AC-IR testing of high-capacity EV battery cells with low internal resistance. The extremely high resolution enables these models to perform advance cell-grading. These testers powerfully facilitate the creation of reliable and efficient OCV/IR testing systems with their innovative features and capability of high-speed testing.

Hioki benchtop battery testers support simultaneous high-speed measurement of internal resistance and battery voltage for the ever-expanding production lines of increasingly larger lithium-ion low resistance batteries, and other battery packs for high voltage applications. The BT3562 can measure the voltage and resistance of coin-size to large-cell batteries up to 60V almost simultaneously due to their quick response time.

The DM7276 Precision DC Voltmeter delivers superior measurement accuracy of 9 ppm (0.0009%), an accuracy level that is demanded by advanced applications such as aging tests of lithium-ion batteries.
